I had issues with receiving one of my two packages from Razer through FedEx, and wasn’t updated about it via text or email. I ordered it on January the 18th, and after trying for to get the package they sent it back to sender. I wasn’t made aware of this until it arrived at the sender. Both items say delivered in my order, but I have only received the 1 out of 2. Is there a way I could have the package sent back to me? I’ve never encountered this with Razer or with Fedex before.
