Package webcam

Help, friends, who can. I don't know how to reply to the email from the support service, on their website? I replied to them by mail three times, I wrote that I solved my problem with my parcel, the parcel with the web camera was delivered without damage. And today, the support service wrote that I have been silent for 48 hours, it seems they have not seen my email messages, now I have to contact here so that someone will inform them about all of the above. I am from Ukraine, but I live in Luxembourg.
