Pair a Razer Serval Controller via bluetooth to Windows 10

Hi all, I have installed the synapse 2.X software, installed the xbox 360 controller software but for some reason I cannot pair the Serval Controller to my relatively new gaming PC (it simply does not appear ....although I think it once did but failed to pair).... It works fine if I plug it in via USB cable...any ideas thanks
