pair the dongle 8k without usb receiver

so I’m using a razer deathadder v3 pro and I lost my usb receiver, my friend suggested me to buy a dongle 8k to replace it but can I pair the dongle 8k without the usb receiver? the pairing app said that I need to connect both of the devices at the same time but now I only have 1 razer wire type c, can I use it with another type c wire or it need to be the razer type c wire?
