Just got a pair of the Razer Hammerhead Mercury white and it seems my device does not go into pairing mode at all. The device has not made a single sound since I got it. What could be the issue? I have already charged all the way and tried just opening the case as well as the tap 4 or 1 time and hold and nothing. The device has not made a single sound out of either of the earbuds.

I just bought a brand new pair of these and the same thing is happening to me. They are charged, but when I open the case, no sound. When I take them out to try to manually turn the on, no sound. Yeah, like you said, they haven’t made any sound whatsoever.

I have the same problem. Just received mine. They are fully charged (greenlight) case is open with the pods insied, next to 1st my computer and then my phone and neither will pair to them. I get no prompt no sound indictor nothing zero zilch.
