I'm having issues with the app on my Xbox. My headset is paired to my Xbox and I have game sounds for everything, but when I open the app it cant detect my headset. I have repaired it with my Xbox multiple times and still doesn't change. Can anyone help?
Did you install the Razer Headset Setup for Xbox? You can check the instructions here and if you're still experiencing the same issue, let me know through PM. I may need to start a case and forward it to the Software Team.
