Hey,
I just purchased a new mouse and keyboard
Razer Pro Type Ultra
Razer Pro Click
latest firmware on both devices.
Both work with their individual dongles, via Bluetooth, or plugged in with their respective USB cables.
I want to use a wireless single dongle, which is what I have read you can do with the pro type ultras, productivity dongle.
I open the pairing utility in razer synapse application and follow the instructions to add the mouse, but it never detects the razer pro click. Its sits there flashing in 2.4ghz mode but nothing happens.
I'm beginning to think that its not compatible, but that would be insane right, they are meant to be purchased together?
Can anyone confirm the compatibility?

That's odd. And yes, the Razer Pro Type Ultra supports multi-host connection for up to four devices (one for 2.4GHz connection and three profiles for BT connection). However, there can only be one active connection at any given time. Try pairing the keyboard to another computer and check if the same behavior persists.
