I am looking for any sort of help. I am sure this must be a simple oversight on my part & I have simply overcomplicated this to oblivion. Please someone… ANYONE send Help. Here is my issue.
I want to know if I can save a USB slot or not. I bought the Razer Kraken V4 Headset which says it has “Hyper Speed 2.4Hz”. I have also have BOTH Razer Naga pro (2 of them 1 as a spare) AND Razer Naga V2 Pro. Both mice also claim to have “Hyper Speed 2.4Hz”. I am currently using Razer Synapse 4. When I go to either mouse I have the option to open “Pairing Utility” which allows Hyper Speed Multi-Device Pairing. When I click to discover a device it doesn’t show any available devices. When I go to the either mouse tab (Naga Pro OR Naga V2 Pro) I see the Hyper Speed Multi-Device Pairing option and when I click on it to enter the Multi-Device Pairing Mode the icon to the left of the mouse displays as a keyboard. I want to Pair my Razer Kraken V4 and either my Razer Naga Pro OR Razer Naga V2 Pro mice. When I went to both Razer.com to find my Razer Kraken V4 Headset the Specs state it has Hyper Speed. Whenever I click “Compatible Devices” within the Pairing Utility itself it shows 3 tab options: Mice, Keyboards, Headsets. The Kraken V4 Headset is shown as a compatible device. Both Naga Pro AND Naga V2 Pro are shown as compatible devices. I want to know if I can either pair my Kraken V4 headset and either Naga Pro OR Naga V2 Pro mice onto the same Dongle? It would be preferable if I could pair them to the Kraken V4 Type C dongle. My Current available Type A USB slots are highly limited. I have the ASUS MAXIMUM EXTREME MOBO so I already have an abundance of Type A & C slots however, I have the following devices: Razer Black Widow V4 Keyboard, Razer Naga Pro Dock (AKA Mouse), Razer TarTarus V2, Razer Leviathan V2, & Razer Base Station V2. It should be obvious that I am not onlya Razer Loyalist that also loves the quality of the brand itself it is also obvious that my available USB port supply has become EXTREMELY limited. It would not only be useful to remove the need for 1 Type A USB port currently used for my mouse by pairing the Hyper Speed mouse(EITHER Naga Pro OR Naga V2 Pro) WITH the Hyper Speed Headset(Kraken V4) Type C Dongle. I can see on the Razer website AND the compatible devices option within the Pairing Utility itself that both devices being the Headset Kraken V4 and EITHER mouse Naga Pro AND Naga V2 Pro should be pairable since they are indeed compatible however I just can not seem to figure out why I am having issues here.
Best Regards,
