I am trying to reconnect my headset to a new dongle using the pairing utility. On step 2 it requires me to connect the headset to my PC using the USB cable, however I’ve learned that the 2023 version only uses that for charging; connecting to a PC that way is not supported. There isn’t an option for the 2023 version in the utility and I can’t find any info on the forums, Reddit or any other support sites. As of now I can only use Bluetooth mode, which is horrible. I am trying to avoid returning the headset but I’m stuck.

Pairing Utility Won't Work with Blackshark V2 Pro (2023)
I have the same problem. Dongle broke, bought a new one on Ebay but on the pairing tool’s 2nd step where I’m supposed to connect the device to my PC it doesn’t detect it so I can’t move on.
