Panthera evo stops working

Someone help me out. Just bought a used panthera evo and after playing for like 8 minutes it just stops responding. Ps4 does not say it disconected it just stops working. Only audio comes through..how can i fix this. I checked firmware to the best of my knowledge its updated. Help pls
