Partially Damaged Activation Code
Hello!
I just got a brand new Kraken X headset, but the scratch code given to me was damaged when I was trying to uncover it.
Is there anything I can do about this?

Contact Razer directly via their Support page on their website to get you code.
Do note that a damaged or lost activation card due to mishandling is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. If you're still eligible, I can submit a ticket for code generation on your behalf, and it'll be subject for approval. To do that, please send me the following:
