i have a issue with my hunstman mini i downloaded razer snyapse 4 app on my mac air and when i plug in my huntsman mini in black it doesnt pop up i am using the cable it came with but i am using a adapter with a usb inport and a usb-c outport i dont know if the adapter is like stoping it from connecting to my macbook air or snyapse 4 app so pls can someone help me with this question

Try connecting the keyboard’s USB-C cable to your Mac Air’s USB-C port and see if it helps. Otherwise, please send me a PM including the following so I can help initiate an investigation:

Thanks for clearing that up. Please take note that the Razer Synapse for Mac supports Mac computers with Apple silicon that are running Mac OS 13 Ventura and above. Also, there are limited Razer devices that support Synapse for Mac. Please check this article.
