Password reset didn't work.

I can log in to Razer in a browser, but not the actual app for my PC. Keeps telling me password is incorrect, even though I’ve changed it twice now. This has happened in the past and is VERY annoying. 

Edit: I am now temp banned for trying to input the correct(but apparently wrong)password too many times.
