I was sent an email by Razer to contact support team as payment unsuccessful. 
 

Razer claim world class support but it took me 5mins to find your PM address in the thread to ask the question vs getting straight to one like Apple has. Very unhelpful to fill the screen with FAQs but leave no button to find a real agent to ask specific help.
