Hi Guys,please help me :(

 

at 12/04.2023 i recharge for TIktok Coins,after i approve in my banks app,i click return,i got error message ( error duplicate request SE00041449 (150403860) & in Google Play,its mentioned there my payment canceled,i check my account & my money has been deduct,

At 13/04/2023 i recharge mobile legends diamond ( i got the same issue )

i immediately contact Google play & after check,they confirm that they not receive any transaction,because its has been cancel after the error message,the ask me to contact Razer Merchant Service about this issue,after Razer checking,they confirm that they receive this transaction give me this message:

TxnID : 1504032860 Transaction Date : 2023-04-13 14:03:13 Amount : MYR42.49 Order ID : d66307f856ecfa96688e4a2c19a7b98e Status : captured

 

after long disscusion,Razer blaming Google play & ask me to give merchant ID ( the apps ) how the hell i want to get that,when google play not receive any transaction & i dont get any email or receipt,only razer pay got my money,emailing them,message them throw messenger & contact them,all the blame go to google play
