I made a payment, and the amount was deducted from my account, but I haven’t received the funds in Razer Gold. The error message indicates that the transaction was canceled, but I did not cancel it. I haven't received a refund, nor have I received any Gold coins in my Razer Gold account.I also have proof of my transaction receipt of my account.
