Payment Issue

"We are experiencing technical difficulties in completing your payment request. Please try again later or select a different payment method".  Ive been seeing this message since the morning.  At first it was my fault because I had my Card off so i turned it on but afterwards it wouldn't work at all.  Its the only card i have.
