Hi,
I've been in contact with Razer support, trying to send my laptop in for repair. Since I'm no longer within the warranty period, they've sent me a quotation to pay in order to receive a shipping label/instructions.
When I hit the "Buy Now" button, a popup briefly opens, then closes. An error message then pops up saying "Payment Status: Error occurred during transaction."
Has this hapened to anyone else? How do I pay properly?
