I've already opened a ticket for this problem but evidently the indecent support service I'm in front of has forgotten my ticket after 35 hours without getting an answer, I'll expose my problem again: two days ago I bought the thx spatial audio through razer gold, it took the money off my card but the payment is in pending and have not yet received my razer silver and my spatial audio code, this is the third day I haven't received it and haven't gotten a response from your team.  I'm getting impatient.
