PC can't detect Chroma Charging Dock

I recently got the Viper Ultimate with the Chroma Dock. However, my PC can't detect the dock but the mice works perfectly. In the device manager, it says "Unknown USB Device" I've tried to update the driver and unstalling it. But nothing is working, any thoughts on how to fix this?

    Try plugging to a different USB port and update your Synapse.
