PC Crashing due to HID compliant headset

I own a Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 headset. While playing Overwatch my pc will shut off and in Event Viewer it will show an error saying "The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem.."
In system sounds the headset said "driver error" so I disabled the headset and uninstalled razer synapse and reinstalled both razer synapse and the headset itself. After doing this the driver error message is not showing anymore but my pc is still crashing due to HID compliant headset. This only happens while playing Overwatch.

Ram: 16GB gskill

You have to get rid of the broken HID drivers to fix this. Make sure your headset is enabled and go to your Device Manager then put up a screenshot of the USB and the Audio devices tab.
