I’m trying to update the firmware and connected the headset through the include usb c cable. I tried using several different ports on the pc and it’s not being detected on ay of them

Hey there,
What is the OS build of your PC? Try it on a different computer using this firmware updater. If that didn’t do the trick, then you can drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps.
