I was in the middle of the game and on a call with a friends on discord, when suddenly stopped working. After troubleshooting and checking everything, I found out that PC doesn’t find any mic input when I have headphones connected via bluetooth to PC. I have win10.
Headphones and mic work perfectly fine on other devices and when I connect with audio cable, but with cable I can’t hear anything so unfortunately it’s not an option for me.
Here is all I tried:
- Updated headphones firmware
- Updated razed software and tried to connect via BT using it - same issue continues
- Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter. > Find "Windows Audio" in the list, right-click it, and select "Restart”
- Settings > sound privacy > enable access to apps
- Sound enhancements disabled and enabled - No change
- Remove device and add again
- Mute button is off
Is there anything else I can try to fix this?
