PC not detecting Barracuda X

They have been working normally until now. Suddendly, my Windows PC is not able to recognize them. It detects that an USB has been pluged in, but it doesnt know what it is. Also, it only detects the USB aprox. once out of four times. I've tried plugging it in all my USB ports but it doesnt work in any of them. Model is: ‎RZ04-03800100-R3M1 Thanks

You highly likely have a faulty dongle. With that in mind, please send me the serial number of the headset so I can check the warranty status of the headset. I'll also be using that to check for possible firmware solutions. Let's start from there. *Thread locked
