pc not detecting mice (razer naga trinity)

Hello, When I plug in mu mice my pc does not detect it but when I look at the bottom of my mice it looks like the sensor red light is dim and the profile light right over the profile button no longer shows blue please help I did as much as i can like uninstall and reinstall the drivers reinstall the program and basically everything I can thank of

    Could easily be a hardware failure at this point. Do you mind putting up a video detailing the dimmed sensor light? Send that to me via PM along with the serial number of your mouse so I can help you get a replacement.
