Please indicate which Razer keyboard you have and what version of Windows you are using so we can help you out.

i'm having the same issue with my new Blackwidow KB. just purchased in December. It was working fine, the just started to disconnect... over and over. I have done everything as poster #1. I have windows 10, 1909 installed... Edit: looks like I am getting the "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)... error

@RHiNORLANCEHEAD That particular error message usually means that the device is having trouble communicating with the OS. Please uninstall the "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" to remove it, then unplug the device and reboot before plugging it back in.

Hello, I have tried your suggestions to no avail. I have also tried plugging in the Blackwidow KB into a different Computer... and it comes up with the same exact error message. I then plugged in a Steel Series KB on both Computers. It lights up and operates fine....I am at a loss here what to do next.... Edit: I am starting to think this may be a hardware issue.....

It is a possibility, but let's not jump into conclusions. PM me the serial number of your keyboard so I can look into firmware updates and other possible fixes that may solve this.
