PC not recognizing my Panthera | Razer Insider

Until recently, I was using the Panthera on my PC without any issues.

 

I recently tried to update the firmware of my Panthera, but the update process was interrupted by an error. Since then, my PC no longer recognizes the Panthera. When I reconnect the USB cable to the computer, I hear the sound indicating that a device is connected, but the Panthera's Razer logo does not light up blue as usual. Neither Steam nor other programs recognize it. In the Device Manager, it appears as an unknown device. I've tried Windows recovery without success, and I've also tried connecting it to another computer, but it's still not recognized. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a solution.
