Hello, problem is that my earbuds are connecting to my pc, but they immediately getting disconnected, and not even pop up in volume settings. But they working fine on my phone

Try to update the BT driver of your PC. Are you using other BT devices when trying to connect the earbuds? Make sure to update the Windows OS as well for further isolation.
