Pc stuck restarting because of razed synapse 3 update

I updated razor synapse 3 and it said I had to restart, so I pressed the button and then it has been saying restarting on my pc for about 15 mins at this current moment and I don’t want to turn off my computer at the wall, just in case it is still updating and taking a while. What should I do? I’m using a blackwidow v3 if that affects anything. Also it is a 2060 rtx with a sort of i5 (I forgot which one but it is above min specs for most games though)

Btw Logitech ghub (and prob other programs as well) are working in the background as well cuz I can change my dpi
