[PC] The thumbstick on my Razer ORBWEAVER and NOSTROMO become stuck

Not physically. It is a device driver issue. This problem has existed for over 10 years, I've followed it the whole time and im still waiting for Razer to actually even attempt to fix it. No one at Razer seems to want to attempt to fix it. Once you point the thumstick in a direction, while holding other keys, it sometimes gets stuck on the device driver/firmware/software side of things and will only become unstuck once pressed again. The stick is physicall fine, these are dpad buttons with a stick on top, it is impossible for it to be stick drift since it is not an analog stick.
