Pending Transaction but no verification code was sent to my SMS

Hello, so I just recently reloaded my Razer Gold to make a transaction. Before payment, supposedly I need to receive a code via SMS. However, I do not receive any text to my mobile. I tried multiple attempts, and still cannot send a verification code to my phone. And as I check my transactions, all of them are PENDING. Is there anything that I can do in this situation? Because in the past weeks or months,  I am very sure that my mobile phone number on my account is correct and made some transactions here before.
