Screen is black, even though the keyboard lights up. Persistent issue even after shutting down and turning on multiple times. Recently bought the laptop razer 15 (2023) from  USA store and got it shipped to me. Prior issue was any adjustment made to the power adapter makes the laptop go to sleep mode. No damage, or fall has occurred. I have googled the issue and seen it wasn't fixable and razer offered to replace the faulty laptop. I'm in quite distress as  I'm an Aerospace Engineering student doing my final year thesis work for graduation, and  I can't access any of my works. I have tried to make a support case but it shows warning and won’t accept the request. It may have something to do with the fact I study in Russia. What should I do?
