Phantom Keypresses with Razer Blade Stealth RZ09-0239

Recently my laptop began acting strangely as many of the F keys were randomly being pressed launching windows shortcuts and closing/starting programs. It appears to be just the F1-F12 keys but I have not been able to verify this as the laptop is tricky to use. After rebooting the laptop always launches the BIOS and I am unable to navigate to boot windows 10 without getting stuck in menus until I connect an external keyboard. Deleting the keyboard HID driver does temporarily fix the problem but it often comes back after a short time. Any ideas on how to fix the problem or determine if it is hardware or software related? I haven't been able to boot in safe mode because the BIOS is always launched upon reset
