Phased Macros Not Appearing On Drop Down Menu

Phased Macro Option Missing in Razer Synapse 4 — Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed

 

Hi all,

I'm having an issue with Razer Synapse 4 where the Phased Macro feature is completely missing from my mouse's macro assignment options, despite running the latest version of Synapse 4.

  • Mouse: Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed

  • Software Version: 4.0.827

I’ve tried reinstalling, restarting after reinstalling, testing guest mode, and tried switching to Bluetooth instead of the dongle. None of those options seemed to work for me.
