Phillips Hue w/ Overwatch (Synapse) - Dim lights

Whenever I start Overwatch with my Hue light synced to the game, my lights are very dim and there is no way for me to change it. I read up on it it and it seems like Razer needs to update the API. Is this correct? I see YouTube videos with Overwatch lights brightness up to the max. Is there anyway I can get this resolved?
