Phone 2 Microphone Issues

Hoping someone can help me out. It started a couple days ago: no one can hear me on calls without using a peripheral/bluetooth device with my phone. This has to be a software issue as I can use the Google Assistant and it hears me fine through the normal microphone.
So far, I've restarted the phone, force stopped and factory reset the phone app, all with no luck.
To reassert, people hear me fine when I use a headset or take a call through my car's bluetooth connection. And the microphone works fine for Google Assistant, but doesn't work for phonecalls or other miscellaneous apps (e.g., message dictation).

Aside from checking the Razer Phone 2's available update, have you performed a hard reset. Ensure that you are not connected to any external audio device (either via 3.5mm adapter DAC, USB-C connector, or Bluetooth). If the issue persists, boot to safe mode to isolate the possibility of 3rd-party apps causing the issue. Else, perform the phone's factory reset and see if it helps. I’ll be locking this thread now.
