Phone calls with Anzu Glasses

Hey, I can recieve calls but cant hear the caller. Any ideas on how to correct this?

My best guess is it might be a glitch with the Bluetooth connection. Tech gremlins can be real stinkers sometimes.

Here's what I'd try: toggling Bluetooth off and on again, restarting your phone, or forgetting the Anzu device and re-pairing it. If those don't work, maybe a visit to the Razer support site or app (they have a great "Who Called Me" feature, by the way)  could shed some light.
In the meantime, channel your inner zen.  Anzu calls are supposed to be a smooth experience, so hopefully it's a one-time thing.

has anyone tried adjusting the mic sensitivity through the connected device’s settings? Sometimes low call volume or muffled voice can be more about the phone’s Bluetooth settings than the glasses themselves. I'd love to hear if anyone found a good balance or workaround since this was last discussed.

Hi Dlgrohs,

It sounds like your Anzu glasses are connecting, but the audio path isn’t working properly. A few things to try:

  1. Check the media vs. call audio – some Bluetooth devices separate “call audio” from “media audio” in your phone’s settings. Make sure calls are enabled for the glasses.

  2. Restart & re-pair – turn off Bluetooth, restart your phone, and pair the glasses again.

  3. Mic & volume settings – some phones let you adjust the Bluetooth mic volume separately; make sure it’s not too low.

  4. Firmware update – check the Anzu app or Razer site to see if the glasses have a firmware update.

If none of that works, it might be a hardware issue, in which case contacting Razer support would be the next step.
