Phone number change

Hello. I want to make a purchase and have my account ready for registering products, silver, gold, etc. I have my old phone number from other country which I do not use anymore and I want to change it to the new one. Problem is… I lost my backup codes and I dont have my E-sim / Sim card for the old number. Help pls.
