I have coordinating with razor support team so many times so I don't know how many more times you guys want me to go make another complaint to the support team I've gone through every steps the way it should have been done in the first place and I still I have so many case numbers they gave me that I'm running out of room I don't know which one to use anymore the point is they send me the same thing over and over saying that somebody will get back to me and when they do get back to me they're sending me here again I'm not blind or anything I don't see no access code number so here's my access case number again240618-003211 so again here I am another day another complaint makes me really sad to know that I'm going through this please help me 51 and desperate need
