A few days ago my synapse starting having issues. Randomly, when i click the tab "Playback options" it will only show "Playback once" or "Play multiple times". There should be many more options under this tab such as the toggle option. To fix this issue I have been restarting synapse and that would fix it. Today, restarting it does not fix the issue and I event tried reinstalling. I cannot do my work without my macros.

    Restarting the program 15 times finally fixed it. Looks like its time to move on from Razer. It's partly my fault because I had the auto updates turn on. Anyone know where I can find prior versions of Synapse?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern on our support board. Please send me the following: a. System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.) b. Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) c. Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right then click “About” for Synapse 3.0.) d. Razer Synapse logs. (Synapse 2.0, Synapse 3.0) Save the files via Google Drive or to another online drive account then paste the link together with your PM. Let's continue from there.
