Hello Razer Team,
I'm currently using the Razer Barracuda X Plus and overall I'm happy with the device, but there’s one issue that significantly impacts my experience.
The headset automatically powers off after a period of inactivity (no sound), which makes sense for battery saving. However, the problem is the loud “Power Off” voice prompt that plays unexpectedly when I’m deeply focused on something — especially after listening to a lecture and continuing to work in silence. I often get startled by the sudden voice prompt, which breaks my concentration.
I would really appreciate it if you could add an option in Razer Synapse to disable the auto power-off feature, or at least allow the voice prompt volume to be adjusted.
