I had been using the 7.1 surround sound feature, but during a recent Windows reinstallation on my computer, I lost the application and the activation code. Please help me reactivate the 7.1 surround sound feature.

If your BlackShark V2 X was registered during your 7.1 Surround Sound registration, then there’s a way for me to check it. Please send me the email address associated to your Razer ID so I can check if there's a 7.1 Surround Sound code linked to your account via PM.
