PLEASE HELP!

We just bought a Blade15, charged it, started it, and all that keeps coming up is an error message that says. “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click ok to restart the computer and then restart the installation.” We click it, it reboots, then the same message just pops up again. PLEASE HELP, we are noobies that just bought it for our sons birthday. Have no clue what to do next.

    That error message usually pops up during OS installation, which is odd if you purchased a brand new laptop. Where did you get it from, and do you mind sending me a short clip of this happening along with the serial number of the device? *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
