PLEASE HELP!!!

I have just bought my razer firefly V2 on amazon and had it delivered today. However, when I attempt to use my razer mamba TE on the mousepad (both are plugged into the computer) I am having problems. Firstly, my mouse doesn’t even show on my screen - I have to use a different surface to get it to work. When I attempt to use the mousepad the mouse starts to stutter a lot and is hard to control. Higher DPI seems to make it worse and lower makes it better. Plugging mouse into different ports does not work. Plugging mousepad into different ports does not work. Unplugging mousepad does not work. I can’t even recalibrate since the mouse movements are too jittery. Using any other surface (even whilst mousepad is plugged in) seems to work fine. It seems as if the problem lies with the mousepad surface itself, although I cannot visibly see any imperfections apart from the hard textured surface itself.



A problem like this should not arise with a £50 product, nevermind a premium product of this caliber. I have looked on the reviews on Amazon and every review says it’s fine ... but one. This review briefly states the problem I am having and how the mouse is stuttering. Is there a fix for this, or have I just gotten a faulty piece of hardware that was sold back to me after a previous unhappy owner with similar problems returned it?



Please like if you have this problem or know of it. I really want to get this fixed and refunding it would seem like a lot of hassle, especially in a time like this.
