Please help! escape key not working

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a Huntsman v2. Keyboard and over the last couple of days, my escape key is acting weird.  Whenever I press the escape key, It turns my caps lock on, functions as a tab key and keeps producing the following randomness

 

`1`1`1`1`1`1`1`1`1`1

 

I’ve removed the key caps and cleaned with compressed air, checked all settings, re-installed Razer Synapse, updated all drivers and I’m a bit lost as what to do next.  Not sure if this matters but all keys are lit up with Chroma except the escape key?

 

Any help would be much appreciated

I’d try creating new empty profile in Synapse and check. You can also do a hard reset: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1697/~/how-to-fix-an-unresponsive-razer-keyboard-with-a-hard-reset-or-by-exiting-out

Hi were you able to fix this? My keyboard I just got as replacement for faulty one started doing exact same thing when I press esc I get this:
` + Caps turns on and command dial changes mode
