PLEASE HELP!! I cannot remember my password to my original razer account - cannot receive email either

when i try to login. my password is incorrect so i tried logging in through twitch to see if i had done that originally but sadly not

I know for a fact that i am using the correct email as my username comes up and if i try to create a new account with said email, it says its already in use - however, when i try to reset password, i do not recieve any emails at all from razer and i have checked it on 4 browsers and devices, all my apm, junk, other and regular emails but nothing….

PLEASE HELP!!
