Please help, I misplaced my Proof of Purchase card and I need the information.

Hello, I accidentally removed my registered device from Synapse 3, and I lost my Proof of Purchase card that came with the headset. Is there any way I can obtain that card, or just the information from that card, again? Because I need to information to re-register my device on Synapse. My friend ordered the headset for me as a gift online at Best Buy, I can send over the order number and possibly the receipt. Thank you.

    You won't need that card. But you will want to keep a copy of the receipt in case you need to submit a warranty claim later on. Also, there is currently no way to unregister a device from an account. Do send me a message should you need further assistance. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
