PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I have the Mamba wireless mouse. Out of nowhere it will no longer work wirelessly. It is fully charged, all firmware is updated. WHen wired it works fine. When I unplug, it will work for about 2 mins, then the cursor will begin to lag across my screen, and then the Bluetooth light on the mouse stops flashing and I lose connection to my laptop. Please help me, I've tried every combo and can't figure it out. Thanks and stay safe during these crazy times. -J

Do you have Windows or macOS, and is the wireless receiver plugged directly into your laptop? In any case, please PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can help you further isolate the issue.

im havig the same probleme but once i unplug it it doesnt work at all
