This keeps happening to me and I don't know why, I am trying to download razer synapse 2.0 but it won't work, please somebody help, Thanks.

Do you have administrator privileges on this PC? If so, run the install as admin. Please send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 if the problem persists.
