However, before we proceed, please provide me with the following information via PM so that I can relay it to our support team as they handle account migration requests. First, I need to confirm whether you have any of the following migratable data on your old Razer ID:

  • Your Razer ID, Profiles, and Razer Synapse Cloud settings
  • License code for 7.1 Surround Sound or Surround Pro
  • Your Cortex settings, gameplay, and Wish List
  • Your Newsletter subscriptions
  • RazerStore address book
  • Razer Game Store Profile
  • Razer Gold/Silver Wallet Balance

Also, fill in the following:

  • Razer ID:
  • Old email address:
  • New email address:
  • Date of Birth:
  • Full Name:
  • Phone number:
  • Country:
